5 billion: the number of pounds of chemicals that the institutional cleaning industry uses each year. 
23: the average gallons of chemicals (that's 87 liters) that a janitor uses each year, 25 percent of which are hazardous.

What Green Ideas do you have?
Adding or taking something out of your daily routine that supports our planet.  I do alot to stay green but realized I still use plastic bags for cleaning up after my dog. I am going to start using corn- based biodegradable trash bags for clean up.  That is my idea for the day!  Share yours! -Cynthia
